Board of Directors
Committees are designed to examine areas closely and provide input to the Board of Directors. Echoing Hope Ranch currently has the following committees and is continually recruiting new committee members.
Board Governance. This committee will recruit new board members, determine the slate of officers, and provide an orientation and training for new board members.
Development. This committee is responsible for creation and implementation of an annual Development Plan.
Finance. This committee is responsible for the creation of an annual budget and review of the 990 tax return.
HIPPA Compliance. This committee is responsible for reviewing HIPAA rules and actions needed to become compliant with the rule.
IT. This committee is responsible for reviewing technology needs of EHR.
Programs. This committee will review programs offered and programs needed as well as systems to ensure the quality of services provided.
Property Oversight. This committee will develop a property maintenance schedule and replacement program as well as ensuring appropriate insurance is in place.
Quality Review. This committee is responsible for reviewing any issues related to the quality of the program including but not limited to incident reports and satisfaction surveys.
Restructuring. This committee will work on the process of splitting EHR into a nonprofit to provide services to people with disabilities and a nonprofit to provide low-income house to people with disabilities.
USDA Loan. This committee will work on the USDA application to pay off the current mortgage and additional capital improvements.
