Employment Services – Targeted for 2014
The best indicator of a high quality of life is the ability of a person to work in a productive job, earn money, and spend their money in the manner in which they choose. Echoing Hope Ranch will place a high value on assisting people with autism in paid and unpaid (volunteer) employment opportunitiies. Each person’s program will be based on his or her specific interests and needs and will be driven by an Individual Support Plan (ISP) that outlines measurable, observable goals.
Services are targeted to serve multiple communities in Southeastern Arizon including Tucson, Sierra Vista, and Bisbee. Additional areas will be considered if it is determined there is a need that EHR can meet.
The program may be funded through a variety of methods including private pay, DDD, and Vocational Rehabilitation.
Echoing Hope Ranch is designed specifically for teens and adults with autism. Following is a list of determining factors to be used in qualifying a person to our services.
- Must be between 14 – 21
- Must have an interest in working and the ability or willingness to follow basic social rules
Although we cannot guarantee there will be space and staff available, we can guarantee that your application will be reviewed in a timely manner and that the Echoing Hope Ranch team will be in touch shortly upon receipt.
